At Coral Beach Noosa Resort, we aim to provide all our guests with a peaceful & relaxing stay. Consequently, unruly and excessively loud behaviour will not be tolerated. If you need to contact Security, please call them on 1300 828 547. You will need to quote ‘Coral Beach Noosa Resort’ and advise them of your unit number. Should Security be called for any reason then a $75.00 per hour call out fee is charged and payable by the offending guest.
If you are having trouble operating your oven, please call Reception. The most common reason for the oven to not work is due to the timer not being switched on. Please check this prior to contacting Reception.
Dishwashers will only function with correct dishwasher liquid/powder. Please DO NOT put washing detergent into the dishwasher as it will flood the townhouse and clean up charges will apply. Additional dishwasher powder can be purchased from Reception for a small fee.
Guests are reminded that tariffs are based on the following occupancy:
2 bedroom – 4 persons
3 bedroom – 6 persons
Additional charges apply for extra guests. No more than one extra guest is permitted to occupy a townhouse.
Mattresses and Bedding from outside sources, other than registered hire businesses, are NOT permitted in townhouses due to Health and Hygiene Regulations

Your refrigerator has been pre-set at the recommended setting. If you feel the refrigerator is not cold enough then contact Reception. Please do not turn the setting onto maximum as this usually only compounds the problem and doesn’t actually make the fridge colder. In fact, it often has the opposite effect and makes the fridge warmer.
Please place all rubbish in the bins allocated at the entrance to each driveway. General rubbish should be placed in the Red Lid Bins. Yellow Lid Recycling Bins are also provided for all bottles and cardboard as noted on the bins. Please DO NOT put general rubbish or plastic bags in the recycling bins.
We also ask that you do not leave rubbish on the patio in front of your townhouse, otherwise our resident bush turkeys will take it upon themselves to share it with the rest of the resort!!!
There are 2 saunas in the resort. These are located near the heated pool, and in the area located nearest to the river. Your townhouse key will open the door to both saunas. Children under 14 years are not allowed in the sauna unsupervised by an adult and for health and hygiene reasons, it is requested that you sit on a beach towel while using the sauna.
We always recommend you lock doors and windows when you are away from your townhouse. Guests are responsible for personal property and valuables and we cannot be held responsible for any loss due to doors or windows being left open or unlocked.
The French doors in your townhouse are self-locking. Please ensure you have your key with you when you go out.

If you need to contact Security, please call them on 1300 828 547. You will need to quote ‘Coral Beach Noosa Resort’ and advise them of your unit number. Should security be called to your townhouse after-hours for unruly or disruptive behaviour then a $75.00 per hour call out fee is charged to the offending guest. Management reserves the right to evict persons who ignore other’s rights to a peaceful holiday. Guests who are evicted are not eligible for any refund.
Smoking is not permitted inside the townhouses. Please smoke outside on the patio area where an ashtray is provided for your convenience.
A cleaning fee of $300 is payable by guests who smoke inside their townhouses.
When smoking outside your townhouse we ask that you consider your neighbours at all times as smoke fumes tend to find their way through open windows and this can cause frustration for a neighboring non-smoking guest.
Similarly, we ask non-smoking guests to be understanding. Everybody is entitled to enjoy their holiday whether they smoke or not.
There are 3 outdoor spa pools in the resort.
An Emergency Stop alarm is located on the rear wall near each Spa, please use this alarm in the case of an emergency only. Penalties apply for misuse of the emergency switch.
Please DO NOT add shampoos, soaps or bubbles of any kind to the Spa. Should anything be added to the Spa it will result in the Spa having to be emptied and refilled, the cost of which is payable by the guest.
